Terms of Use for Bus Owners

1. Registration & Approval

By registering on our platform, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date business and personal information.

Your registration will be reviewed, and approval is subject to verification of the submitted documents.

Once approved, you will gain access to add your buses and set up route schedules.

2. Adding Buses & Routes

Approved bus owners can list multiple buses and define their routes, schedules, and fares.

All information provided regarding bus availability, departure times, and fares must be accurate.

Any updates or cancellations to routes and schedules must be communicated promptly.

3. Ticket Sales & Platform Fees

Our platform facilitates the online booking and sale of bus tickets.

A 20% platform fee will be deducted from each ticket sold through the system.

Payments collected from passengers will be disbursed as follows:

  • 80% to the bus owner
  • 20% to the platform owner

Disbursements will only be made to the registered disbursement account provided by the bus owner.

The platform reserves the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice.

4. Disbursement of Funds

Payouts will be processed based on a defined schedule (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly).

Bus owners must ensure their disbursement account details are correct to avoid payment delays.

The platform is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect account details provided by the bus owner.

5. Liability & Dispute Resolution

The platform acts solely as a ticketing intermediary and is not responsible for operational matters such as:

  • Bus delays, cancellations, or rescheduling.
  • Passenger complaints regarding service quality, refunds, or lost items.
  • Accidents, safety concerns, or misconduct by the bus operator or staff.

Any disputes between bus owners and passengers must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

The platform will not mediate or take responsibility for complaints but may suspend or remove bus owners for repeated violations or complaints.

6. Compliance & Account Termination

Bus owners must comply with all applicable transport laws, licensing requirements, and safety regulations.

Failure to adhere to terms, fraudulent activity, or repeated passenger complaints may lead to account suspension or termination.

The platform reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice.

By registering and using this platform, you acknowledge and agree to these terms of use.
