To reduce last-minute cancellations and the risk of chargebacks from customers, it is always a good idea as customers to agree to our cancellation and refund policy. To receive a refund, customers must notify us at least twenty-four (24) hours before the actual date of refund. The cancellation fee will take effect once you submit it. Any request for a refund will only be executed after providing reasons for a refund by writing. Refunds, successfully approved will only be executed after 30 days. Cancellation made after the commencement of processing for receipt of the product/service will receive a refund at a percentage determined at the discretion of the organization. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation and subsequent refund will also go through if we are unable to resolve a genuine technical fault within 2 business days from the time you reported the error.
